FAQ
What should i wear?
Dress Code for Glass Classes
For your safety and comfort, please adhere to the following dress code during our glass classes:
- Closed-toed shoes are required to protect your feet from any hot materials or tools.
- Avoid nylon clothing (such as gym shorts), as synthetic fabrics can melt. Jeans or other sturdy fabrics are preferred.
- Long hair must be tied back to keep it safely away from open flames and equipment.
- Wear minimal jewelry, avoiding loose or dangling pieces that could pose a safety hazard around the equipment.
These guidelines ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in the studio. Let us know if you have any questions!
How many people can come at a time?
We do not have a limit to the size of group we can host but the booking software only allows up to 5 time slots to be booked at a time. If your party requires more than 5 time slots please give us a call so we may assist you with your booking! Futhermore, if you have a friend who would like to join you but will not be participating, you're welcome to bring them along!
How do i book multiple people?
Booking a class is easy—simply select one time slot per participant. For groups, choose consecutive time slots on the same day (e.g., 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM for two people). Our Soft Glass Ornament Class is a special exception, allowing multiple participants to share a single time slot. Don’t worry—if your group books multiple time slots, you’ll still enjoy the class together. This system ensures a smooth scheduling process while keeping your group experience seamless and fun!
Can my children take these classes?
Our classes are designed to be fun and safe for participants of all ages within the following guidelines:
Most Soft Glass classes have a minimum age requirement of 5 years old, making them a perfect activity for younger artists under close supervision.
For our Torchworking classes, participants must be at least 14 years old due to the hands-on process and independent maneuvers involved.
These age requirements ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
